- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward. The Base Package is $2,500, which includes staging for the living room, dining room, primary suite, kitchen, bath/laundry, and foyer and/or patio. Additional rooms can be staged for $500 each, and every project includes a 65-day rental period from date of install. We believe in transparency, so there are no hidden fees—just clear pricing designed to help your home shine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free Lookbook Consultation, either in person or virtually, to understand your property, goals, and timeline. Next, we create a customized design plan and walk you through our recommendations. Once approved, our team handles everything: delivery, installation, styling, and removal at the end of the rental period.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings a unique mix of expertise. Angela has a degree in Interior Design and over 13 years in real estate. Christy brings a strong background in sales, marketing, and negotiations from her years as a top-producing Realtor of over 11 years, while Olga adds her creative eye for design and hands-on experience managing renovations and styling spaces with over 10 years experience in real estate and loans. Collectively, we’ve staged, styled, and renovated homes for over 5 years and flipped multiple properties ourselves. This hands-on experience means we know what attracts buyers and how to design with both style and strategy in mind.
