Theo is an awesome fitness trainer. He is knowledgeable and professional. I trained with him for about 4 months. He has helped me to achieve my weight loss and strength goals and to get in shape before my wedding. I’m 5’2, I was 124lbs when we started training and I’m down to 110. He pushes me and knows my limits. He has taught me a series of exercises that I can do on my own. I know when and what muscle groups to workout and how much weight I should be using. Before my training sessions with Theo, I was working out, but my workouts were not focused, my form wasn’t great, and I was using too little weight. Now I know what I need to do and how to do it. He has also given me great advice about diet, including eating more protein, and making small changes to cut out some unnecessary calories. These are all life skills that I plan to incorporate into daily routine to keep the weight from coming back and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Thank you Theo!

Theo's guidance has extended my physical well-being beyond expectations. His personable approach, techniques and exercise regimens have greatly improved my abilities as a weekend athlete. Scheduling training sessions is always easier with him because he is sensitive to my time commitments. His strategies, videos and personal discussions have enhanced my effort to feel much better, to regain lost agility, and to strengthen performance.

Working with Theo Simon as my personal trainer is a transformative experience! My core strength, endurance, and confidence in what I can achieve (and not just physically) are outstanding compared with before I started working with him. Very intuitive and skilled, Theo tailors my workouts to my individual needs on any given day. I am a middle-aged desk-jockey who runs sometimes; Theo's emphasis on corrective postures, attention to form, and myofascial releases have improved not just my athletic performance but also my daily working life. I am also a part-time classical singer; Theo has opened up and strengthened my frame, improving my breath support, evenness of breath flow, and stamina. With his knowledge of how the human body works, his wholistic approach, and his positive, affirming attitude, he provides great support for my general health and wellness -- as well as a tough but happy workout that I look forward to, every time!

I have worked with several trainers in the past, but Theo is the first trainer where I have felt I have grown on multiple levels. I have not only met physical goals, but have grown in knowledge and mental awareness. Theo develops the training program around the individual. He plays to your strengths all the while challenging you to go beyond what you feel you can accomplish. He also makes it fun and enjoyable (while you sweat)! I highly recommend working with Theo so you can experience the same benefits I have.
