I contacted Kelly because she is a National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) member and I needed assistance with my senior parents and downsizing their home. Kelly was outgoing, courteous and professional. My parents said the same after meeting her. She has been working with them at their pace to get their home sorted, downsized and ready to be packed up and moved. Since I am out of state, Kelly has really given me peace of mind that my parents are being taken care of. She's willing to help them find house cleaners, carpet cleaners, and any other local assistance they may need. Hiring Kelly was a good decision. Her rates are fair and she works hard! Kelly is a dedicated professional, clearly passionate about the work she does (she truly does "love to organize"!), offering an invaluable service for those who find themselves overwhelmed by complex moving or organizing projects. She is a pleasure to work with, she is an effective motivator and a hard worker... I can't imagine managing my move in combination with decluttering, purging and organizing my parent's home without her assistance!

An excellent experience! Needed help with organizing our garage and closets to cut down on clutter. Didn’t know this service existed and now I don’t know how I could live without LTO! The job to me, was overwhelming because lots of items were being held onto for sentimental reasons. Kelly (LTO) was not only able to organize but helped us with letting go. She was professional, patient and compassionate along with being very enjoyable to work with. I can walk into my garage and closets and better yet, everything has a place to go that makes sense to me. Will definitely use her again as I plan to do this every year to keep clutter to a minimum. One last thing, Kelly was honest and trustworthy. Important to note when you are letting someone go through so many personal items.

Love to Organize gave me my life back! Kelly has helped me so much, in so many ways, to clear away things that no longer serve me. She performs in such a way as to make me feel good about clearing clutter, clearing things I don't need or use, and organizing things that are in chaos.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My rate is anywhere from $85. to $125. per hour, depending on what the job is. It's a 4 hour minimum and each hour after is charged at the agreed cost. If it's a large job, I can bring a small team and we can tackle it fast. That is a different rate and subject to what needs to be done.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to ask many questions about they would like to get out of our sessions. What is the goal? How do you want to feel when we are finished? I like to get a feel for how they work and how their mind thinks. Organizing is a very personal process so each person is unique with how their mind thinks! I want all my clients to feel free and comfortable while we work together.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I've not had formal "organizing training" but being the studio manager for a world class recording studio with 9 studios, I had to be very organized! I learned how to manipulate time and space so the studio was profitable and the artists could get the most out of their money. Countless organizing books, podcasts, seminars, organizing conferences and hands on experience have been the best education and training. And 9 years in the biz!
