FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing that we quote is for just one or both of us caring for your pet/s. We like having both of us present mostly when there are multiple pets in order to be sure that everyone is properly taken care of. Also, if the project requires a lengthy stay, we want to provide peace of mind and know that at least one provider, if not both of us, will always be present with the pet/s.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are hired to work with a new customer, we typically like to offer a meet and greet with the customer and their pet/s. We get to know the pet and have the pet get to know us and feel comfortable around us. We also let the customer ask any questions they may have and address their needs and concerns regarding their pet/s.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First off, we have a great deal of patience for the work that we provide. We are also First Aid and CPR trained for both humans and pets. We trained my parents’ dogs in behavioral and potty training. We are constantly researching and reading up on all sorts of facts regarding pets, such as: the best/worst foods or treats to feed them, bad habits to look out for, naturally treating all sorts of skin irritations/abrasions or ailments.
