I loved the fact that the technology that EZ is using is compatible with the new century and designed to entertain owners like me who are tech savvy. I was thrilled when my property manager with EZ sat down with me to explain everything in detail. The market conditions, technology, marketing techniques to publish my property to 36 different website to ensure I get the best and highest rent and NO OUT of Pocket expense for me to get them started. They said I pay when every thing is done and they work free of cost until the property gets filled. I had no harm to try them out wihth their month to month contract. I was thinking if i don't like them I will cancel them after a month but I was amazed how they were able to rent out the property beyond my expectation with in 10 days. They impressed me with their work time after time. I ended up selling my own home through them and bought another property. Their management as well well sales both Rock!
