Ive known Kevin for many years. He has always been a conscientious, hard working, and honest individual. He remodeled my home not long ago, inside and out, and saved me not only a considerable amount of money, but the quality of the remodel is amazing. Im still getting compliments on it. The best part was how we worked together designing the remodel so I ended up getting exactly what I wanted as well as everything being very comfortable and convenient.
I had one of those popcorn type ceilings and he removed all of that. Now I have beautifully smooth and painted ceilings in every room. When I brought the house there was a hole in the living room ceiling. Kevin found and repaired a water leak from the upstairs bath that had caused it. Everything needed replacing in each bathroom. He tore it all out - walls, plumbing, floors, fixtures, bath tub, shower, cupboards, drawers, everything. He helped me with ideas on where I could find new fixtures, etc. for the bathrooms and went with me to give me his input and help me transport the items back home. The electrical wiring was old so he rewired the whole place as well as hiding TV cables that the installers had just left hanging in plain view. He installed new lighting throughout so I have plenty now when I need it, and ceiling fans too. I mentioned I didnt have enough storage space and before I knew it Kevin had located extra room below the staircase and in the space above the staircase upstairs. He made a door and installed it in the wall below the stairs, and he took out part of a wall above the stairs and inside a closet and added shelves. I now have two new storage areas. He also laid my wonderful new tile floors in the kitchen, hall way, and bathrooms. He built the entire patio from scratch. I needed cupboards on the patio to hold gardening equipment so he designed and built those and attached them to the wall of the house. They are up off the ground and very convenient. Kevin installed a new patio roof, and he installed a sprinkler system as well I really love that! We designed the patio layout together. Kevin had great ideas on how to build the large planter section. The flowers and plants are thriving, and Im really enjoying the dwarf blood orange tree he encouraged me to buy.
Some neighbors and friends have asked for Kevins contact information and they are very pleased with his help with their household problems. He enjoys nothing better than to help people. No task is too small or too large. He is a knowledgeable and multi-talented handyman.
He is very kind coming back periodically to maintain my property. I dont know what I would do without his help.
