- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am fascinated by the inner workings of the personal computer, and I enjoy assisting others in experiencing that same fascination.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
System upgrades; hard disk drives, memory, display adapters, etc. Desktop personalization such as personal wallpaper, system sounds, and desktop icons. Eliminating infections such as spyware, malware, or virus'. Protecting the computer from the possibility of becoming reinfected. Restoring the customer's computer to the state it was in prior to becoming infected, such as the customers personal data, installed software, desktop settings, email, user accounts, etc. System optimization and consulting; processor speed, amount of memory needed, and/or hard disk drive space required for the particular needs of the customer. Website development and maintenance. 1 - 2 hour personal computer training sessions at a reasonable price.
