Viktoriia is proactive in communicating and very professional. Everyone has different preferences when it comes to cleaning, so after the first time, I asked for a couple things and she learned my preferences right away. She is a fast learner, respectful, and efficient. I’ve already recommended her to some other friends we know personally.

My college aged son had shoulder surgery and was in a sling so he couldn't clean for a few months. I looked into hiring someone on Thumbtack and I'm so glad I did. Viktoriia is absolutely amazing!! She responded promptly and I was able to set up a time right away for her to come out. I don't live near my son but she sent photos of her work as she was cleaning.
