Like anything new I was skeptical about it, but i said what the heck lets try it. I went in there wanting to address this one specific problem; I am the definition of a procrastinator. I am constantly running on frantic mode on the last hour. It didn't really affected me until recently when I decided to go back to college. I went in there not knowing what to expect but she guided me through what I could expect from the session in a very patient and calmed way, but to tell you the truth I just remember falling into a very relaxed sleep. When i woke up I immediately asked " It didn't work I just fell asleep, huh?" And again she very calming explained how its your subconscious...Well to keep it short it worked. I had the most successful week in school that I have ever had, I actually had all my work done the day before. It felt nice to go into class feeling relaxed and prepared. I was so proud of myself. Thanks, cant wait for my next session and seeing what else I can accomplish.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A preliminary telephone consultation is sometimes useful in determining whether I am the best fit for the client and issue or not. The first session is usually a bit longer and together, we map a plan to meet the needs of the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Center for Nerosomatic Sciences in 2004. In addition, I am an avid reader. I try to stay up to date on the latest developments in my field of hypnotherapy and life coaching by reading new books and attending seminars.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Deep Relaxation, Stress Management, Grief Management, Anxiety, Addictions, Relationships, etc.
