With such a small high quality food scene in San Diego, this experience was truly a one of a kind. From the initial introduction, to taste preferences, and breakdown of each dish. Chef knew how to push the boundaries of curiosity and playfulness, while never putting a plate in front of me I didn’t like. As someone’s who’s been in the industry, I can say this is something special. 10/10 recommend.
