Chef Emerson provided a wonderful dining experience for 50+ high schoolers for a wrap party for their musical. He executed my vision and could not have been more prepared and professional. The food was delicious!

One of the most incredible private chefs I've ever had the pleasure of working with is Emerson. His use of organic, natural, and fresh ingredients in his consistently delicious recipes elevates the bar; such a mix is hard to come across. He is an obvious candidate because of his work ethic, professionalism, and inventive culinary abilities. Never used this site before but I absolutely will be booking Emerson again for anything!

Sear & Sauté is my absolute favorite. Chef Emerson is a magician in the kitchen! You can tell he really loves cooking and perfecting his craft. He made sure everything was served in a timely manner and that all the guests were satisfied, kept everything clean and organized, and even packaged up some leftovers. His communication, friendliness, approachable personality, and professionalism just sets it off even more! I don’t have any intentions of hiring anyone else for my future gatherings. Thank you Chef Emerson!!!
