Pricing is based on session frequency, location, and whether training is in-person or remote. I offer package options for better value. There are no hidden fees, and all pricing is discussed upfront before starting.

I start with a consultation to understand goals, fitness level, and schedule. From there, I create a personalized training plan and adjust it over time based on progress, feedback, and results.
