As preferred contractors with Owens Corning & GAF, we offer competitive pricing that includes manufacturer backed warranties. Military/Veteran & Senior Citizen Discounts are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with scheduling an appointment with the homeowner for the estimate. Upon arrival at your home, our uniformed representative will provide a full inspection of the existing roof, including taking measurements and inspecting the deck to see if there are any additional leaks. Next we will discuss what your needs are and go over the options that best suit you. Once you select the option that best suits your needs, our representative will provide you with an estimate. Upon completion of paperwork, our company will work on getting your project scheduled. Our typical turn around time to start a residential roof project is 3 weeks. Our average time to complete a new roof replacement is 3-5 business days, from start. Should there be any needed wood replacement, we will provide you with photos and count of linear feet needed. Once the new roof is installed, and all job debris is cleaned up, our project manager will walk the home with you for a final inspection.

We have worked with various residential homes of all shapes and sizes, as well as many commercial projects that are on going. Everything from single family homes to large apartment and HOA communities. We were also fortunate enough to have replaced the striped low sloped roof of the historical Giant Dipper Roller Coaster in Mission Beach.
