Best tennis lessons I've ever had!
Aurelie is fun, observant and capable. I've had one tennis lesson with her where I described my objectives I expect I will learn a lot from her over time. I
Andrey is an excellent tennis pro - he knows the game and his instruction is easy to follow and super helpful. Highly recommend taking lessons with him!
Coach Jayner is an outstanding tennis coach. When he coaches, he encouraged and motivated my daughter as she learned the basics and appropriate techniques. I appreciated how he reviewed previous lessons and built new skills along the way. Coach Jayner is also personable and my daughter enjoys taking tennis lessons from him.
I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.
I thought that learning how to play tennis could be impossible to me! But Davide made it happened! I didn't even know how to hold the racket correctly but I never felt frustrated or incapable. Davide was patient, funny and usefully firm with me. Tennis is not something you can teach yourself, he helped me with technique and lot of exercises! A BIG PLUS: he accommodate my demanding schedule!
Learning to standup paddle is one of the most exhilarating and gratifying experiences you will ever enjoy. It is also one of the fastest ways to get your mind, especially your body, in great shape. SUP provides a core workout that burns calories quickly while building strength, balance and endurance. There is nothing else like it! Despite what you may see in the media, you do not have to be young, wearing a bikini, or already an athlete to become a great standup paddler. In fact, this is a sport that has grown in leaps and bounds, mostly because of the participation of people over 40. I've been teaching people of all ages, all sizes and all levels of physical condition (women, men and children) this relatively new sport for the last seven years. I have a quiver of very stable boards that can handle a person of any size or weight, from a 25-pound toddler to a person well over 300 pounds. I use lightweight paddles to minimize hand fatigue. My specialty is helping everyone get onboard, and my goal is to get you safely up on your feet. Those who are fearful or finally getting outside after years without exercise will not be shamed or humiliated. Adults with physical difficulties, prior injuries and / or children with developmental disabilities are welcome and will be accommodated safely. Most beginning students are surprised that with my patient instruction, they are able to stand up on the board in the water on their very first time out. I am a former lifeguard and a grandmother in my late fifties; living proof that almost everyone can learn to SUP and do it well. My oldest student is 84, my youngest is two. Besides teaching standup paddling, I write about SUP in Standup Journal magazine and online. Get in better shape, enjoy nature, release stress and feel like a kid again. When you are ready to purchase your own equipment, I will guide you in getting the best new or used equipment for you and your budget. I recently moved to South San Diego County after teaching SUP all over Northern California. My favorite place to meet students is on the peaceful sandy beach at the Coronado Cays; where the warm, flat water (no waves) and beautiful views will add to the overall enjoyment of your lesson.

I teach tennis, and I am looking for people to teach on any basis. I am currently in college, so my hours are a little cramped but my weekends as well as Friday are usually free. I greatly enjoy teaching tennis to anyone who is interested in the sport, no matter what age.
I incorporate all forms of fitness in my session. Weights, cardio, crossfit, and my favorite an introduction to boxing fundamentals.
