Please! Do not go with the cheapest bid or hire a unlicensed contractor. The old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Many contractors who offer cheaper estimates may take shortcuts and not follow code to make up for the low cost of the job, which could cost you thousands of dollars more in the end. Do not roll the dice with thousands of dollars, do your research when you hire a contractor.
