Ruben said that our job was the first one all year that wasn’t a referral, and based off of the job he did, I completely understand. Ruben and Daniel are awesome. My wife and I spoke with Ruben and formulated a landscaping plan. His input was critical. He’s not just a yes man as he steered us away from things that would have been issues and improved what we wanted exponentially. Everything from the quality of the pergola to the grading of the land to the selection and installation of the plants and lighting showed us how talented this duo is. And when we were almost done with our backyard, I sat with Ruben again to see what he could do with our front yard with a small budget to help spruce it up. He worked his magic and the front yard looks like a million bucks! I highly recommend Limon Landscape to anyone regardless of the size and scope of your project. You would be remiss not to consider them.

A++ craftsmanship!! Ruben is such a pleasure to work with and has an amazing team. Since I’ll be working at home for an extended period of time, I wanted a yard that I could enjoy. He recently transformed my backyard from a boring mess to a beautiful retreat. Now I don’t want to go inside!
Ruben took the time to listen to what was important to me, offered his own great suggestions based on his years of experience, and the result is fabulous. He took the time to visit the garden store with me to pick out a great variety of plants. His team repaired / replaced my sprinkler system, re-landscaped the entire backyard, replaced part of my fence, and build a gorgeous redwood pergola with amazing detail.
I’m so happy to have met Ruben and will be relying on him for other jobs for years to come.

In twenty years of home ownership, this might just be my first *purely* positive experience with a major remodel. I can recommend Ruben and his team without reservation. Ruben took my yard from dirt with a few clumps of remaining weeds, to a lovely, useable space -- with a gorgeous paver patio; a lawn for dogs and kids to play in; a small area of artificial grass for the "dog bathroom;" an area ready for raised garden beds; a green screen of wax myrtle; and along two sides of the yard, a beautiful bed of hardy, colorful, low-maintenance, drought-tolerant plants. He installed a couple of sprinklers in the lawn and a nice drip system in the planted area. Throughout the process, Ruben had ideas of his own but was very willing to listen -- and best of all, he used what he heard to inform his own thinking, so the ideas he offered were increasingly tailored to what he'd learned of my taste and needs. Ruben's prices are not cheap, but they are fair and clear, with no surprises. And as a bonus, he's just the nicest guy you'll ever meet, as are the men who work for him. One of them is a good carpenter, and fixed a gate that wasn't swinging properly just because he could and he knew I'd like it. I really cannot recommend this company highly enough. They offer a rare combination of integrity, expertise, and just plain niceness.

We had a general idea of what we wanted for our front yard but got overwhelmed/didn't have the time to deal with all the details and vision for the end product. We set out looking for a landscaper that would have the creativity/skill to create something we couldn't visualize.
After meeting with a few people, Rubin completely won us over. He was able to map out a general plan and design by the end of our 1st meeting and started breaking ground faster than I could send emails to other contractors that "we were going with someone else."
Rubin and his team made efficient, amazing decisions about each step in the process. He accommodated our schedule and would work around our times to sit down and have a meeting about every phase of the project. He was always honest, thoughtful, excited, realistic, and fair.
Rubin would find samples of stone, rocks, and plants, place them in a way he thought WE would like and come back with new ideas if we questioned it even a smidge. It was assuring working with someone that had the gamate of experience and love for work. His background in horticulture really helped us make good decisions/compromises between plants I wanted vs ones we needed in different areas of the yard.
In the end, he was able to incorporate everything our our list and more! Our front yard looks amazing and we have been getting compliments from the neighbors and random cars stopping in front of our house to look/take pictures. I totally get it....I did the same thing for MONTHS. But I have to tell you, its not worth it. Call Rubin and he will make something better for YOU!!

Ruben and his crew did a fantastic job on my side drainage. My house is nice and dry after all the rain this season thanks to his great money saving ideas and engineering. He also helped out with some other landscaping projects I was working on and provided me some supplies to complete them. I will definitely hire him again.
