- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A couple things: Estimates are $50, this fee is waived if you book the job. Once scheduled there is a 25% deposit. This assures both parties are invested in the project. The material is covered by the homeowner. You can purchase yourself or we can order for you. The cost is yours. Repayment is expected immediately. Payment for the job is due upon completion. Life is busy so we can provide estimates onsite or via text/call. Consider the time spent to put your project together. The price given is provided with the goal to assure the completion is to your standards. It comes with the guarantee that should you not be happy we will come back and address the concern free of charge within reason. Please tell us your budget we can work on those guidelines. if you don't tell me. I cannot make your goals happen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll go over the project in person or the phone. Pictures of the job are nice to have visuals of not in person. Ask the job and expectations. Find out budget. Work within the guidelines set between the customer and myself. Be friendly. People pay a lot of money to have the work done for them they expect that you will put as much pride in your work as they have in their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up an only child and my dad taught me the things one needs to make repairs. I kinda ran with it and here I am today.
