I was moving out of my apartment and it was in total chaos. I hadn't been there for 2 weeks due to my moving out sooner than the lease was up, but the ladies were AMAZING! Cassidy was so kind and very much willing to work with me and allowed me to explain the situation and as to why the apartment was in shambles. All three ladies were very kind and very thorough with their work! I recommend these ladies in a heart beat!!!

Modern Maids is by far the best cleaning service I have had in awhile. I was a little indecisive about it being I had the same lady cleaning my house for 10 years. They provided the same great service in half the time being they send out two housekeepers. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family.

The girls worked hard, but were not well supervised. Their supervisor left for most of the day. They did much of the work incompletely, missing a shelf on cabinets, the tops many things, doing the shower enclosure doors but not the tile, the bathroom counter but not the cabinet under it, some fixture globes but not others, some baseboards but not others, are just some examples. I attempted to work out the problem after with Modern Maids, but the supervisor said the house was to hard to finish in the allotted time, and would make no offer to make it right other than to offer to let me hire them again. This was an unacceptable excuse since her quote was given on site AFTER she has thoroughly inspected the house. Of course, I have no interest in hiring her again, since I had to clean behind them after they left. They also left trash bags behind the house rather than disposing of them in the trash can, and I didn't find them until after trash pickup day.

NB B. I am sorry that you had a less than satisfactory experience. I know that we had discussed a certain quality of service over the phone. Once we observed the actual condition of home I then discussed with the person who was there that it would take 3 days to clean your home. The girls worked 9 hours that day and I did keep in contact throughout the day. The lady who was there seemed to be very pleased with what was completed while we were there she also said the girls worked very hard. She also signed off on everything. NB B. I am sorry that we never got a chance to meet in person. At Modern Maids we pride ourselves on providing pristine service and excellent customer service. Each and every client is important to us. It is our policy to always do our very best and being attentive to our clients needs . And the girls did just that, with what they were presented with. Thank you
