Trevor is an excellent trainer! I’ve worked with other trainers before and he is by far the best! I was having knee and hip pains before we started training together and he paid close attention to making sure to warm up properly and watch my form. I’m currently pain free and haven’t been in 3 years! Words aren’t enough to explain how awesome Trevor is.
