Introduction: Hello! We are called MOBCHEF Catering. We do BBQ or Taco Man Catering for your event. But that's not all we do!! We do fine dining new american, mexican, bbq buffets for your weddings, quince's or formal events, and also do bbq or taco man for your small backyard parties. We are event planners as well!!! We have DJ's on staff, and bakers as well!! We can do custom cakes suited to the theme of your event, all the way up to 6 tiers!!! We do candy buffet tables, we have margarita machines for rent, that also can do non-alcoholic slushies for the kids. Our margarita machines are also capable of doing self-serve ice cream for ice cream bars, or to put on top of our famous funnel cakes!!! The possibilities are endless! We have our business license as well. We fit any budget!!! Give us a call and find out! Taco Man up to 50 people: $350 3 meat choices included. Your choice of carne asada, marinated chicken, al pastor, carnitas, or barbacoa. Deep fried battered fish for 25 extra. Rice and Beans are included. Red/Green Salsa included, as well as guac, cheese, sour cream and onions/cilantro. 1 drink choice is included. Your choice fruit punch, lemonade, sweet tea, horchata, watermelon, cantalope or tamarindo. Napkins, plates, cups and utensils included. Additional meat choices are available for $25 extra. You keep any left overs. Serving time is 2 hours. BBQ Man up to 50 people $450 2 meat choices included. Your choice of smoked baby back ribs, smoked pork ribs, smoked beef ribs, marinated butter injected bbq chicken, smoked tri-tip, slow roasted bbq pulled pork, hot links. BBQ Sauce included, Country biscuits included. 2 sides are also included. Your choice of cole slaw, bbq baked beans, potato salad, macaroni salad, mac n cheese or tossed green ceasar salad. 1 drink choice is also included. Your choice of boysenberry punch, fruit punch, cactus cooler, lemonade, sweet tea. Plates and napkins will be included as well. Setup time of 1 1/2 hours is needed and serving time is 2 1/2 hours.
