He replied to my messages quickly and immediately started looking for solutions. Before even coming to my home, he went to several stores trying to find a matching flooring plank. When he arrived, he took the time to carefully inspect everything and really went the extra mile to make sure the repair would be done correctly. The project turned out to be more challenging than expected because matching the existing flooring was difficult, but Gary never gave up. Took most of his time preparing to make sure the tiles were perfectly aligned and the results were fantastic. He told me exactly how long it would take and was right on the nose. He even gave me advice on how to keep the rest of my shower tile in good shape! I’m trying to find other things for him to work on as he was that good. Friendly and polite."See more
