Glowing. I discovered a total gem. Gavin is soooooooo helpful and so smart. I’m 68 years old. My computer skills allow me to send emails and the other basics but I have no idea how to efficiently organize data, remedy a glitch, or use tools that would make everything a whole lot easier. My husband hired Gavin to help him select a new computer. Then Gavin came and set it up. It’s perfect. Gavin is teaching me how to clean up the data mess I have after saving photos, emails and documents all over the place - minus any logical method. He is so patient. He meets me where I am and he never makes me feel stupid - which is a great thing, right. He is always on time and I understand he can work with me remotely if I need to do that. He has actually taught computer basics in the past and it shows. He understands the standard PC but also Macs, which is what I have. He’s gold!
