Introduction: Eden Events specializes in wedding month-of coordination, commonly known as day-of coordination, in Northern California. Month-of coordination is perfect for the couple that is almost at the finish line - vendors are booked, design & decor are decided, invites are sent, etc. - and is tying up loose ends as the big day awaits. We step in 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day to set our clients up for success - the more prepared we all are before the big day, the smoother all the details will come together on the wedding day. Our priority is to take as much stress and anxiety off from our clients as they approach one of the most sentimental (and expensive) days of their lives. The mark of a successful wedding is when our clients are able to be present and enjoy these once-in-a-lifetime moments - enjoying, laughing, crying, dancing with their loved ones. What a fulfilling outcome - this is what we work for!

What you get is not only an experienced coordinator who will ask you the questions about details that you’d never think about (which is the primary job of a coordinator), but also an advocate who will help you organize yourselves to get you what you want. Like many things for our wedding, finding Hanna was luck. It’s important to work with someone who just gets it. Oftentimes, you get what you pay for. But what price points don’t account for is personality and empathy to relate. Wedding coordinators are totally worth the expense and time to find anyone, let alone a great one, because this process is incredibly taxing. It’s basically project management, and Hanna’s great at it. She’s incredibly personable and incisive when working with the rest of our team. You get a team member who will provide a sense of comfort when things get overwhelming. You get a woman who will help you to envision the perfect wedding without pushing you to spend more time or money on the things that don’t add value. I hope I don’t ever need to work with Hanna on another wedding as it would be an indicator of a failure of this current one. But for sure I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Hanna helped bring our wedding celebration to life and create a memory that was one of the best days of our lives!! We appreciate her down to earth style, clear communication, and thoughtful guidance leading up to the wedding, during the day of and after. There are so many things we can thank Hanna for for making our wedding planning process and day run smoothly. Here are our top highlights working with Hanna below: 1) Talked through COVID stuff - Our wedding was postponed due to COVID and Hanna helped us talk through a COVID safety protocol and plan to make us and our wedding guests feel safe and comfortable. 2) Planned the perfect wedding schedule - she helped put together a great wedding schedule that didn't feel too rushed or too long. We had many guests sharing after how everything went so smoothly! That is thanks to Hanna. 3) Helped with last minute items - we had planned a parents appreciation during the ceremony, but we for about getting flowers to give to our parents. Hanna had her assistant immediately get flowers and we didn't have to stress about it. She just took care of it! 4) Clear vendor communication - our venue requested all vendors to complete an agreement form and provide a certificate of insurance. Hanna helped communicate and collect all the paperwork required from the venue. 5) Easy to work with - Hanna was always available a few weeks leading up to our wedding via text, email or phone. She took time to listen to what we wanted and we felt she understood our wedding day vision. 6) Fun to work with - Hanna continuously reminded us that our wedding day will fly by so enjoy every moment when we can. She helped us prepare as much ahead of time so we could have a fun time, which we did! Do not hesitate to reach out to Hanna from Eden Events if you're looking for a wedding coordinator! After our wedding, my husband and I and guests were all talking about how fun it was and wish we all could be partying together again! :)

Hanna was the absolute sweetest Day of Coordinator a bride could ask for! I had a wedding at two different locations - one having 100 guests and the reception having 720 guests - and she was able to hit it out of the ballpark with the organization of it all! I honestly don’t know if I could have done it without her, so I appreciate her so much! Leading up the day, we had various meet ups to make sure we are on the same page, she was detailed in making sure all of my vendors and timeline were on the same page, she was always available when I had any questions. I would recommend her to anyone who is getting married! She will make your dream wedding day come true without a worry and that’s really all a bride could ask for!

She was the best dayof coordinator for my wedding! There was unexpected wild fire at the venue and she handled the situation very calm and professionally. Without her we could have not successfully ended the day.

Hanna is who you book if you want a coordinator who’s very responsive, takes care of all the details and goes above and beyond. Hands down the best coordinator I’ve worked with. Worth every penny!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Service varies depending on location, guest count, 2 different venues, travel, overnight accommodations, etc.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I usually start the process with an introductory phone call. During this call, we'd also discuss the details of your event, what you're looking for, and how I might be a good fit. To finalize booking, a signed contract and 50% deposit is required. 60-90 days prior to your wedding day, I will gather and streamline all details of your wedding to build a master timeline. I will guide you along the process and will be the main point of contact for your vendors from that point on. We will schedule enough meetings to feel confident and ready for the big day.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Talk to your vendors over the phone, video call, or meet them in person before booking! NEVER book a vendor until you do. Share your vision, ideas, and expectations with the vendor(s). You should feel comfortable and heard by them, not rushed and pushed to book. Lastly, take your time selecting a wedding planner/coordinator that fits your need as they will be the vendor you will be working the closest and most frequently with.
