Introduction
Eden Events specializes in wedding month-of coordination, commonly known as day-of coordination, in Northern California. Month-of coordination is perfect for the couple that is almost at the finish line - vendors are booked, design & decor are decided, invites are sent, etc. - and is tying up loose ends as the big day awaits. We step in 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day to set our clients up for success - the more prepared we all are before the big day, the smoother all the details will come together on the wedding day. Our priority is to take as much stress and anxiety off from our clients as they approach one of the most sentimental (and expensive) days of their lives. The mark of a successful wedding is when our clients are able to be present and enjoy these once-in-a-lifetime moments - enjoying, laughing, crying, dancing with their loved ones. What a fulfilling outcome - this is what we work for!

Hanna was AMAZING! Planning a wedding can be quite overwhelming, but Hanna put all my concerns to rest. From our first meeting, she gave me such a sense of ease and comfort, and I knew my wedding was in good hands. Hanna was also very organized -- she had personalized checklists, detailed timelines, and organized all the little and big details that were needed for the wedding. She was extremely personable and didn't make me feel like just another "client." Hanna also went great lengths to get to know my husband and me and made it a priority to truly understand what we wanted from our wedding. My husband (then fiance) and I had such different visions for the wedding, but Hanna was able to accommodate both our desires while also serving as the level-headed mediator on certain hot button issues. She was always attentive and receptive when we called (we could call and email late at night with frantic questions, and she was always so willing to help in a moment's notice). Our wedding turned out amazing and everything went according to plan...we were even ahead of schedule, which is totally unheard of! I'm so glad I went with Hanna. She is just an honest, hardworking and amazing person, and there is no one else I would rather trust for such an occasion. She went above and beyond, and I could not have asked for a better person to plan our special day.

Hanna was the absolute sweetest Day of Coordinator a bride could ask for! I had a wedding at two different locations - one having 100 guests and the reception having 720 guests - and she was able to hit it out of the ballpark with the organization of it all! I honestly don’t know if I could have done it without her, so I appreciate her so much! Leading up the day, we had various meet ups to make sure we are on the same page, she was detailed in making sure all of my vendors and timeline were on the same page, she was always available when I had any questions. I would recommend her to anyone who is getting married! She will make your dream wedding day come true without a worry and that’s really all a bride could ask for!

She was the best dayof coordinator for my wedding! There was unexpected wild fire at the venue and she handled the situation very calm and professionally. Without her we could have not successfully ended the day.

I hired Eden Events to help with my sons wedding. The quality of work and professionalism we received were always at level 10. The wedding itself exceeded our expectations. Using Hanna's services helped to take the stress off of the Bride & Groom. We never had to worry about anything, every detail was covered. Hanna is who you book if you want a coordinator who’s very responsive, takes care of all the details and goes above and beyond. Hands down the best coordinator I’ve worked with. Worth every penny!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Service varies depending on location, guest count, 2 different venues, travel, overnight accommodations, etc.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I usually start the process with an introductory phone call. During this call, we'd also discuss the details of your event, what you're looking for, and how I might be a good fit. To finalize booking, a signed contract and 50% deposit is required. 60-90 days prior to your wedding day, I will gather and streamline all details of your wedding to build a master timeline. I will guide you along the process and will be the main point of contact for your vendors from that point on. We will schedule enough meetings to feel confident and ready for the big day.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Talk to your vendors over the phone, video call, or meet them in person before booking! NEVER book a vendor until you do. Share your vision, ideas, and expectations with the vendor(s). You should feel comfortable and heard by them, not rushed and pushed to book. Lastly, take your time selecting a wedding planner/coordinator that fits your need as they will be the vendor you will be working the closest and most frequently with.
