Team arrived a bit late, and only stayed in the home for ~1.5 hours, for a cleaning involving bathroom, kitchen, living room, hallway/stairs, and one bedroom. Overall would consider the cleaning of a 'tidying' up quality, it seems they didn't get around to properly cleaning bathtub, sink, and other typical target areas, nor was a thorough dusting done. Would typically expect a better and more thorough job for a basic clean, and would recommend better smelling products. Perhaps better communication of expectations is recommended.

Did not show up at the scheduled time. We rescheduled for two hours later and she did not show up or answer my calls.
