Had a fantastic quote from ABC to do a huge cleanup in my backyard (including removal of dead trees on a slope). Workers arrived promptly, did great work, and trimmed up the bushes in the front yard too. All around, a wonderful experience!

Mike Petrovich was the utmost professional. He quickly responded to my request for a quote and arrived on time-both for the quote and later for the tree removal. He and his Absolute Best Care team worked hard and efficiently. We are grateful for his vast experience and a positive "can do" ethic, as our magnolia tree and stump removal was not easy due to root depth and proximity to a fence.

Mike and his crew did a great job in trimming our palm tree in Walnut Creek. It had not been trimmed in several years and was very tall, but they managed the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact customer set up a meeting to overview the project , then listen, listen to what they want ,tell them what they need to hear , remember we're here to help them. Give them a bid , ask them if they have any more questions, ask them to call us when there ready to schedule the work to start.
