- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services pricing is based on how often and how many are involved. More clients with less travel or regular travel to locations allow me to cut travel expenses and i pass that back to my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly engaged in gaining more knowledge and adding to my abilities not just in my fields but in associated ares that "cross over" to overall health and well being. I work with a nutritionist and life coach have access to other trainers, massage therapists and physical therapists.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
19 years ago I had a hard landing while parachuting. It fractured one of my lumbar vertebrae and herniated three others. After years years of pain, frustration and short term results from physical therapy I decided to try to do it on my own. While learning to take care of myself, I found out that there were many others in the same situation and I knew that I could help them.
