Mok is fantastic. For years I’ve always wanted to get a personal trainer, but never had the courage to get one. Plus I never really found anyone I’d feel comfortable with. After following Mok on Instagram for some time, I easily fell in love with her character. So once she got certified to train, there was no question in my mind. I knew I had to have her train me! Her personality is very warm and welcoming, and I knew I would be comfortable with her. I’ve had 7 sessions with Mok so far, and I’ve enjoyed every single one of them. She’s been so patient with me, teaching me each move & repeating the steps when needed. She makes sure I’m doing the exercises correctly, instead of letting me guess. She’s very encouraging and energetic. On the days I come in with no energy, she gets me pumped up and excited! Mok has helped me find confidence in returning to the gym. The gym has been a very intimidating place for me, but Mok has helped me turn that intimidation into comfort. I now know many different workouts and can do them on my own. I can look at different equipment and will have the knowledge and training on how I can utilize them. She also checks in with me outside of our sessions for mental health support. She’s been helpful with so many aspects of my fitness journey and I’m so grateful to have had her as a trainer! Thanks to Mok, I am much stronger physically and mentally. Mok is hardworking and very passionate about the work she does. Her up beat personality kept me motivated even on days that I did not feel like working out. Where do I start? Mok kicks my butt every time I train with her. I’ve been lifting for years and wanted to try something new that involves body workouts and cardio. Sure enough after each workout I’m drenched in sweat and out of breath. I thought I’d only do one class with Mok but after the first session I was hooked. I’d strongly recommend her classes.
