Amber has been phenomenal. We have a large vacation rental property and have worked with several cleaners over the years, ranging from individuals to larger firms specializing in rentals. Out of all of these Amber is the best. She communicates effectively, using phone, e-mail, texts and pictures when she has questions. She does not hesitate to offer up her own ideas about things that need to get done, and she takes the initiative to make improvements. She has accommodated difficult schedule changes from us, and has kept us informed and in the loop when she has needed to make changes.

Zenplace Property Management has done an incredible job in managing our properties. They came on board in a super tight time window, put in a ton of extra effort, and got all our properties transitioned smoothly to their property management team. To say they've gone above and beyond is a huge understatement. Zenplace's team especially has been a pleasure to work with. The team is incredibly polite, professional, experienced, and is always willing to offer suggestions on how to deal with various issues. I have worked with several property management companies in the past, and Zenplace Property Management is by far the best. After disappointing experiences with two previous property managers who did not fulfill their promises, it's great to have a property manager who lives up to expectations and does everything that he says he will do. Jonathan Fleming found a new tenant for my vacant condo within a month after I hired him, at a rent over 50% more than what my previous tenant had paid. Jonathan and his staff always respond quickly to my questions. The people he hires for repairs, remodeling and house cleaning all do a first rate job. I'm completely satisfied with the quality of service that have received from Openworld Properties and I have already recommended them to a friend.

He was so experienced that he was able to see that I was renting my property below the average rent for the area. He was able to get me $300.00 more in rent than I was renting my condo for previously. Within 2 months of taking over my property he was able to achieve all of the above with ease.       Working with Greg was a pleasure. I knew that I didn’t have to worry about him doing what he said he’d do. He posted my unit for rent on every site, some that I’d never even heard of. He provided resources for me at every turn. I decided to sell my condo instead of renting it out, so I didn’t get to use Greg as a property manager through the entire process, but would use him again in a heartbeat!
