I cant say enough about how professional and helpful this company has been. Eugene, who did the site audit, was a fount of information and explained everything about what he was looking for, step by step. Joy, my sales contact, (at their partner Freedom Solar) is also top notch - diligent and smart. Hugo is extremely knowledgeable and could address our strange permitting situation (we have to get permits with the State of CA, not the county or city). When I was unsure of the color match at the last minute, he went above and beyond to send photos from other jobs and photos of samples, in the critical 11th hour the night before the work started.They use a solid, smart material system; they use a weather barrier (roofers call it bituthane) as standard. Some unscrupulous roofers will try to get out of using bituthane, because it is so finicky and difficult to apply, saying you dont need it in California, theres no snow. Not true! You absolutely do need it in N California with the heavy rain we get. This company did a great application of the bituthane layer. Shared photos of the job at each step, with the bare sheathing (which was pre-existing OSB), and after the bituthane weather barrier, underlayment, and showing the finished roof after the tiles went on.Im so so pleased to have found a good roofer, who did a great job communicating throughout and got a fantastic roof built. Great work beginning to end.A good roofer is hard to find!!

Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Every quote includes labor, materials, cleanup, and disposal. The only additional costs that may arise are for any hidden wood rot or damaged decking that cannot be seen until the old roof is removed. If any issues are discovered during tear-off, we will immediately notify you and provide a clear, written change order before moving forward with repairs. We also offer financing options to make your project more affordable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep things simple and professional:
1. On-site roof inspection to assess the condition and identify any issues.
2. Detailed quote creation, including materials, labor, and any required repairs.
3. Once the customer approves the quote, we begin the permit process with the city.
4. Installation typically begins within 2 weeks, weather permitting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner brings 20 years of hands-on construction and roofing experience to every project. He built his expertise working with major home builders, mastering everything from structural framing to complete roof installations.
