- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge a fee for our service, unless booking is for air travel only. ***For customized trips, we do require a small deposit of $25 which will be applied to your balance once your travels have been booked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know more about the client and their specific travel request by asking them qualifying questions. This give us an idea of what they are looking for and what travel adventures they would like to experience. We customize and recommend travel options based on their requests, budget and what is the best overall value for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are franchise owners with Dream Vacations, and had to undergo extensive training with the cruise lines and destination travels to complete our Independent Vacation Specialists Certification and Diamond Level Graduate - Carnival Cruise Lines.
