- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are available when students book multiple lessons. Some just want one lesson, some want to learn to dance fairly well and book 5 lessons in advance. Those who want to get the best price, book 10 lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the purpose of taking dance lessons. If lessons are for a wedding, I find out what song if any they have chosen. I advise them to pick a song they both love and a song that will inspire them. I let them know I can help them look great dancing to it. If students do not know what song to use, I suggest songs that would be good for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters Degree in Education Bachelors Degree in Music Education Dance Teacher Certificate from Dance Teacher's College Dance performance in Metronome Dance Showcase Decades of experience teaching and dancing -- both ballroom dancing and freestyle dancing.
