As I start working with his crew, I realized my assessment is right. The people he sent are polite and easy to work with. They know what they are doing. They have years of experience under their belts which is reflected in their work. They are nice, professional and polite. They are competent and methodical. I am thankful for hiring them since they took care of everything - from dealing with the city's red tape, design, construction, scheduling, picking up materials and even returning unused items. There may be other companies out there that offers the same thing but I doubt you will get the quality of service that they give. Others may send contractors who won't care if they do it right since they just want their paychecks. You can tell that Ofer runs a tight ship and will only hire people who brings value to his projects. He genuinely wants his clients to be happy, and that's more than I can say to most companies out there.
