We have hired various contractors in the past, but I would have to say that our experience with Ilmer and his crew, has been the best out of all! He showed up on time for the initial estimate, sent me a very detailed proposal within a few days, communicated timelines of the project, ensured his crew carried out what was stated in the proposal, and did a final walkthrough with me to make sure we were happy once the project was completed. He was so easy to talk to when we pointed out some finishing touches we felt were still needed during the walkthrough. Ilmer’s crew- Israel, Elvin, and Jose did a fantastic job, kept the worksite tidy, and were so responsive and respectful to us. I would not hesitate to hire Ilmer again for any other project needs we will have in the future!"See more
