He showed up on time for the initial estimate, sent me a very detailed proposal within a few days, communicated timelines of the project, ensured his crew carried out what was stated in the proposal, and did a final walkthrough with me to make sure we were happy once the project was completed. He was so easy to talk to when we pointed out some finishing touches we felt were still needed during the walkthrough. Ilmers crew- Israel, Elvin, and Jose did a fantastic job, kept the worksite tidy, and were so responsive and respectful to us.
