- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on our costs. We offer custom menus starting at $50 per guest and can always create a solution that offers excellence while adhering to budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It typically starts off with a thumbtack quote and then I preferred to move the conversation to a phone call as soon as possible. This allows me the opportunity to get to know the client on a more personal level so that I can better serve their needs. Once we have the details, an invoice is provided along with the contract so that there is a clear expectation of what is expected from both myself and the client and from there on out we hit the ground running.

It started out as a hobby and then I realized I had a love and a passion for it also
