I met Dr. Thompson when I was in seminary. She was one of my professors. She was amazing, and I never forgot her because she poured so much into me as a student.
I NEVER would have imagined that I would meet and marry the man of my dreams, so there was NO ONE else that I would have wanted to officiate our wedding. I still can’t believe she said, “yes”! LOL! She is such a comforting presence and is a total professional in every situation. We wanted her to stay through the reception, which she did even though I know how busy she is. She felt like family to all of us!
Dr. Thompson is elegant, classy, intelligent, anointed, beautiful and a joy to be around. We had our dream wedding, and having someone that I looked up to as a woman and role model made the perfect day even more sacred to me. She even let me convince her (okay, I begged!) to join the line dance with me!

We are not religious people, but my husband and I wanted an intimate, warm ceremony. Dr. Ella gave us what we wanted. She’s very down to earth, but we could feel that she was connected to the powerful universe. She had a calming presence—I was so nervous and excited! My parents are deceased, so she had a strong aura that eased my sadness on our happy day. We just love her! I will be referring her to my friends, who are getting married later this year!
