Lavonne was very flexible working with our small event. A small event of important people all with different food issues. She created an appetizer feast for meat eaters, vegetarians, gluten-free, dairy-free. Everyone was happy and well fed. She did a great job and we will use her again. I recommend Sage Bleu for your catering needs.

Mary is amazing! Her menu items are the best I have seen. When I looked at the exquisite menu for the price my jaw dropped! I have seen menu prices on the very high end and those menu choice did not excite me at all. AND she has been a great help in finding venues that she works with, for me making this whole process of planning a wedding on a tight budget manageable. Every venue I talked to, knew her by name. Thank you Mary for all you have done--way above and beyond any and all expectations I had!!!

I hosted a dinner party for my husband's 40th two weeks ago and hired Chris to cook for our 30 guests. From the initial planning stage through the night of the event Chris was on top of everything. He was incredibly responsive and professional during all of our communication and the service and food was top notch the night of the event. We had plenty of picky eaters at the dinner party and everyone raved about the food. I look forward to another opportunity to work with Chris again!

Andrea was a joy to work with for our wedding. We wanted to keep it intimate and decided to do it on the fly, so we needed help at the very last minute and she was up for the challenge! She came up with all the special touches that I didn't even know I wanted (until I saw them) and I was blown away by how thorough she was. She made me feel like a really special bride even though my wedding was non-traditional! I also attended a large-scale charity event organized by Events by Abel last summer. I'd recommend her for both small, intimate weddings and bigger celebrations -- she's attentive, thoughtful, easy to work with, and all around fun! Thanks to Andrea for making our special day so easy and fabulous!

Being a professional musician who plays for countless weddings, private parties, and corporate events, I've seen my fair share of soirees. Kelly's stand out to me because she puts herself into every event she throws. It is obvious that she has a passion and delight for what she creates. Artist-event planner: She is first and foremost an artist, and thus every party of her's becomes a work of art, sparkling with those clever, delightful, novel details that make one giddy like a child, and bring one into the present moment. These events are visions that are tailor-made from imagination, not canned. This 1920's themed party was a portal to another era where, because of our surroundings, we couldn't help but find ourselves playing in character. The decorations, table settings, poetically dripping candleabras, classic cocktails, cigars, 1920s murder mystery game, the antique frame to capture pictures inside of, and of course Kelly's hostess with the mostess charm and orchestration all evoked my inner Gatsby. We seek to party because we seek to become both transported and present; Kelly's events have a bit of magic to them, where you come home feeling like you went somewhere extraordinary, and that while you were there, you were there the whole time. Thanks Kelly! More to come!

Rinna is amazing!! I was super stressed out the week leading up to the wedding and decided at the last minute I needed a day of coordinator to help out. I DIY'ed my entire wedding and was beginning to think it was a mistake. Luckily a friend of mine had just used Rinna for the same thing and referred her to me. It was one of the best decisions I made! She is easy to reach at all times and more than willing to answer any silly questions I had. We were in constant contact the week leading up to the wedding, and the best part was all the work she did with last minute follow up emails to my vendors! I hated constantly being on my laptop when I had more important things to do, and she took over all of that instantly. She even came by my house a couple days before so she could get an idea of what would be arriving to the venue for her to help set up. The day of the wedding could not have gone any smoother! She knew how strict my timeline was and how adamant I was about starting on time. Not only did that happen, we even had a one minute countdown! During the ceremony she kept us on our timeline which I really appreciated. Things get so crazy you can easily forget/not realize how fast time is going. I probably would have forgotten to cut the cake had she not reminded me. She was also more than willing to help keep things stocked, clean up during the reception, and start to put things away as needed. I am more than happy with her services and honestly feel it was one of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process. Thanks Rinna!! Christine

Valentina and her crew worked magic for our corporate holiday party! She had worked hard planning a great way to jazz up our office and surrounding land for an upscale holiday event. Lo and behold, two days before the event - RAIN!! Valentina was able to quickly change gears and transform our new last minute space (Oceanside Museum of Art) into a festive Winter Wonderland, while cooly making things happen. I honestly don't know how she pulled it off with hardly any time. I highly, highly recommend Valentina and her team. I really appreciate that she LOVES her craft and it shows.

Glennie and her team was Everything I had hoped for and more! They were so helpful throughout the entire process, went above and beyond, and we’re so detail oriented and amazing. I really did not have to plan my wedding because they had it all planned for me. I just had a vision, I told him what I wanted, and they made it happen. I would highly recommend Glennie and her team To everyone I know. My wedding of 450 gas and having it on today’s was so fun and exciting. If I were to have it again in 10 years, I would definitely rebook with her.

Vanessa was an absolute pleasure to work with! I hired her to help me coordinator everything leading up to our wedding day. Her attention to detail was phenomenal and served as a wonderful second pair of eyes in reading over all the contracts from vendors! I couldn't believe how many details and questions there was but she was there to answer and ask all of them. It was really great that once the wedding date was approaching she started answering emails from my vendors because she already had the answers which saved us a great time of time! She really knew her way about event planning and it was so comfortable for me to talk to her about changes or thoughts and she is very flexible with direction if you change your mind. Vanessa responds when she sees your email and will let you know if she saw your email but didn't have time to answer. I loved how well she communicated with me. She texts right away and she is very thorough with her email responses. She is adaptable in learning how to efficiently use technology to her advantage. I opted to use GoogleDrive to share documents back and forth. Until she met me, she didn't know how to use and now she is an expert! I cannot imagine not having this wedding without all of Vanessa's hard work! She deserves all the credit.

Krista did my wedding invitations and my wedding favor tags. I was blown away! Every aspect of planning my wedding was becoming more and more stressful, and the first fun thing I did for my wedding was to work with Krista on making a design for my invitations. I did not have a clear vision of what I wanted and Krista helped me to make decisions through small steps. It was overwhelming looking online at all sorts of different invitations, but Krista asked me simple questions that helped me to weed out what I didn’t want and discover what I did want. I ended up with an overall product that really gave guests a glimpse into what the wedding would be like. I had so many compliments on my invitations, and they were one of a kind. Krista was always quick to respond to me, met all of her deadlines, and never even batted an eye when I asked for MULTIPLE revisions. Her attention to detail is amazing, and there is nothing I would change about my final product. I had no idea that I could get custom invitations at a reasonable price. Only a few weeks before my wedding I asked if Krista could help me with my favor tags since I was running out of time to do them myself. Krista came up with an amazing design that matched our invitations and had them to me in record time. Working with Krista on the invitations and favor tags was probably the smoothest part of planning my wedding. With Babies on the brain I know I will be in touch soon to help with baby announcements and kid birthday parties. I am a customer for life. Thank you Krista!!!

Sallay responded promptly to our request for services, and asked for additional information so she could provide a detailed proposal. She did a terrific job of coordinating our conference, learning our industry as we met over the course of several months and balancing creativity, expectations and budgets. She was a very professional presence with our vendors and on site at our event. Her billing was detailed and easy to track. We're using her again for our next conference and would recommend her whole heartedly.

I have to say the value, work quality and professionalizam of Indigo Cafe has gone beyond expectation. They were on time, on budget and communication was flawless. I hired them for a corporate luncheon to impress my higher ups and where I failed they succeeded. Very courteous and responsive to my clients needs.
