Introduction
The client always comes first, and the tech comes second. If you do not truly listen to your client thoroughly, the most expensive tech in the world will not help them. First we seek to understand, then to solve your problem. With 10+ years in the industry, nothing has served us better with our clients. The two things I love most about this job are helping people, and finding solutions. The harder the puzzle the more dedicated I get to the solution. While this would cause most people to pull their hair out in frustration, my clients say its the reason I am especially suited for this job.

Our company had recently fired our IT guy, and by no means could you call him above board, so from cabling to documentation is was just a mess. While we where looking for a permanent replacement, we hired Phoenix Tech to come in for a few emergency requests from our staff. We are not tech savvy people, so all I could say to Sean when he arrived was good luck. But within half a day he was able to figure most of our infrastructure out, got the wireless working again, and could start helping out the staff with their issues. A life saver.

Sean has been so helpful to us with our computer needs. As me and my husband have gotten up there in years, and the kids are out the house, having someone reliable to call is essential. He not only fixed our computer when we got a virus, but also taught us how to do various tasks. On another occasion he even setup our new smart tv from costco, so we could watch netflix in our living room. He is a great listener, patient, and does it right the first time. What stuck out to me was that very first time, we got a follow up call asking if everything was working as we wanted.

We arranged for a house call to resolve our printer problem via e-mail. Sean did actually discuss the printer problem with us by telephone prior to his planned house call. We were impressed with Sean's knowledge of our Hp printer and possible solution to the problem. In the end, we actually did not have Sean fix the problem because, lo and behold, we were able to do it ourselves. I was sorry that he did not have the work after we had contracted for his services, but he was very understanding and gracious about it. We will certainly hire Sean again for any tech problems we may have in the future. We are also very happy to now be aware of the services the "Thumbtack" offers.
