My daughter’s wedding venue required we have a day of coordinator. Honestly, I didn’t think we needed one but it was a requirement so we searched for someone and found Faye. For the record I coordinate large scale events for my job so I thought we didn’t need a coordinator but I was wrong. I’m so thankful we hired Faye!
Faye had an excellent rapport with my daughter, her fiancée, me, the venue, DJ, magician (yes… magician!) photographer… basically every person who needed to be communicated with Faye established an instant rapport and maintained it throughout the planning process and through the entire event to the packing up afterwards. She made thoughtful suggestions throughout the process that made planning much less stressful and kept the focus on the bride and groom.
The wedding reception set-up had details upon details and she managed them perfectly! Literally she kept us on target to the minute and did so with such grace and kindness. I highly recommend Faye for your next event… if you want to host an event where every detail is well planned and executed call Faye!

I am so happy I found Faye for my wedding in San Clemente at the Casino. Faye was highly professional and very easy to communicate with. From the start, she was so friendly and charismatic. Faye made my day so special and truly brought my vision to life. She worked so hard putting up all the decorations, executing the plan, and stayed until the end to help clean everything up. In the beginning, my fiancé and I didn’t actually even want a coordinator, it was a requirement from our venue! But oh my gosh, I am so blessed that we found Faye! I underestimated how stressful a wedding could get, but having Faye lead everything the day of was such a relief! She is really good at her job, and spots potential problems before they occur and acts swiftly to make sure everything stays running smoothly! From the first conversation I had with her she was all aboard to help us have our perfect day and I knew after that call that I was done looking for a coordinator! You cannot go wrong hiring Faye, you can tell she truly cares about her job and about helping you have your perfect day! I would recommend her to any of my friends, or anyone setting out to plan a wedding!

We hired Faye for our wedding day of coordination—and honestly, we could not imagine how everything would’ve gone on without her there!
She was so attentive to our specific needs, especially when it came to decor, timeline, and private moments we had planned. She even brought us our first drinks after we were married and made sure we ate food (which is so hard to do when it’s your day, believe me!)
When it came to decorations and setup, she was on top of everything, and added her own elegant touch to every part of the wedding—by this I mean, we had a basic setup and layout in mind, and she elevated it to look pristine, and in turn it all turned out beautifully.
Her communication was outstanding as well. When we met prior to the wedding to go over the venue layout and details, she had everything written down and confirmed with us every detail along the way. During the wedding, she did a wonderful job managing the vendors to make sure everyone was working on cue and sticking to the timeline (and always checking with us to make sure we were aware of the next turn of events.) Her calm demeanor was refreshing and really helped rid us of any stress that day so we were able to enjoy our wedding to its fullest!
