Faye was great to work with! We hired her as our month-of (mainly day-of) coordinator. She came 30min early to our venue for the rehearsal the day before our wedding. She also contacted all our vendors prior to coordinate with them. I had written a guide for her with all the details of our vendors, timeline, instructions for everything and she had it printed out and followed through on everything on the day of our wedding. She helped tie flowers onto the ceremony chairs, set up the welcome tables, put all the wedding favors and name cards on the tables and any other miscellaneous things we wanted to set up. My bridesmaids and I didn't have to do anything at all during the wedding as Faye took care of it all and our wedding went smoothly. At the end of the night, she helped tear down and pack everything into boxes as well. We were able to enjoy ourselves without having to worry about if any little detail had been taken care of as we trusted Faye to have it covered.

My daughter’s wedding venue required we have a day of coordinator. Honestly, I didn’t think we needed one but it was a requirement so we searched for someone and found Faye. For the record I coordinate large scale events for my job so I thought we didn’t need a coordinator but I was wrong. I’m so thankful we hired Faye!
Faye had an excellent rapport with my daughter, her fiancée, me, the venue, DJ, magician (yes… magician!) photographer… basically every person who needed to be communicated with Faye established an instant rapport and maintained it throughout the planning process and through the entire event to the packing up afterwards. She made thoughtful suggestions throughout the process that made planning much less stressful and kept the focus on the bride and groom.
The wedding reception set-up had details upon details and she managed them perfectly! Literally she kept us on target to the minute and did so with such grace and kindness. I highly recommend Faye for your next event… if you want to host an event where every detail is well planned and executed call Faye!

I am so happy I found Faye for my wedding in San Clemente at the Casino. Faye was highly professional and very easy to communicate with. From the start, she was so friendly and charismatic. Faye made my day so special and truly brought my vision to life. She worked so hard putting up all the decorations, executing the plan, and stayed until the end to help clean everything up. In the beginning, my fiancé and I didn’t actually even want a coordinator, it was a requirement from our venue! But oh my gosh, I am so blessed that we found Faye! I underestimated how stressful a wedding could get, but having Faye lead everything the day of was such a relief! She is really good at her job, and spots potential problems before they occur and acts swiftly to make sure everything stays running smoothly! From the first conversation I had with her she was all aboard to help us have our perfect day and I knew after that call that I was done looking for a coordinator! You cannot go wrong hiring Faye, you can tell she truly cares about her job and about helping you have your perfect day! I would recommend her to any of my friends, or anyone setting out to plan a wedding!

I'm happy that I hired Faye for my wedding. Without her, I wouldn't have been able to arrange all the decor. She was fantastic in handling setup, takedown, and coordinating my event. Be sure to set up your schedule exactly how you want it because she will follow it to a tee, so be very specific. Even with decor, make sure you tell her what you want specifically. Keep in mind she's a one-person team, so be considerate with the workload. Even so, Faye will eventually get everything done. Her assistance during a supply hiccup was incredibly helpful and much appreciated.
