With over 15 years experience working in the food service industry our team at Tres Amigos is well equipped to create events that are truly memorable experiences. From the unforgettable food, to the charming customer service you and your guests will not want to miss a Tres Amigos Experience! Our Head Chef and Owner Richard Apalategui has worked in restaurants of all types of cuisines. Starting his career in San Francisco, CA he’s honed his skills in French and Japanese restaurants before relocating to Orange County, where he has continued his career working in Hotels and Universities, where the menus varied seasonally, and most recently, designed menus for over a year ensuring quality, sustainability, and diversity.
