Hello! My name is Ari and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition certified nutritionist! I've been coaching for the past 10 years and love my job and my clients! Currently, I also teach several group fitness classes a week for Nike as well as Barry's. My number one goal is to create a warm, supportive environment for my clients to feel safe to reach and exceed their goals. Longevity and sustainability are key for me! I’ve had extreme difficulty and even fear of exercising my legs for the past 5 years or so. Due to a hit and run that damaged both knees. Ari has worked on correcting my form and steadily increasing the resistance my knees take. In less than a year of incredibly specific exercises, my leg strength has never been better. I don’t fear leg day anymore. I even look forward to pushing myself further. The patience, professionalism, and value I have received is life changing. Dad calves, here I come!!
P.S. Ari has also educated me on the importance of nutrition in a way that is so simple! Diets are usually a little daunting. However, Ari has an amazing ability of gradually educating you so you don’t get overwhelmed. When you know the what and the why, the how becomes second nature.
