My name is Coach Petey, and I’m a certified wellness coach specializing in weight management, stress management, recovery, sports nutrition, and youth exercise training. Growing up as a student-athlete, I learned early on how powerful having a great coach can be. The guidance, structure, and encouragement I received from my coaches didn’t just improve my performance in sports—it shaped my confidence, discipline, and overall well-being. As I got older, I experienced something similar again when I worked with a wellness life coach myself. That experience helped me see how much our health, mindset, and habits can improve when we have the right support and structure in place. That’s what led me to become a wellness coach. Today, I work with busy adults, former athletes, and young athletes who want to improve their health, manage stress, build strength, and create sustainable habits. My focus is helping people develop a balanced approach to training, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle, so they can perform better in life—not just in the gym. Whether I’m coaching adults who want to regain energy and balance or helping young athletes build healthy performance habits early on, my goal is simple: to give people the structure, guidance, and support that a great coach can provide.
