I believe he was very unprofessional claiming that he would contact me with the contract within the next 3 days of when we last spoke. I didn't hear back from him until 3 weeks later that I had to contact him. He responded four days later claiming he had lost his phone saying he was sorry but to me it felt insincere. This left me scrambling for another officiant.
