Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.
Alex is wonderful. She taught a bi-weekly pilates class for our law firm this fall and winter. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She's extremely mindful of her students and checks in with everyone during class for pain or other issues. Alex provides accommodations for anyone who needs them, whether a beginner, intermediate, or advanced student. She gives great advice and additional exercises for a range of conditions. Alex gave me advice that helped me heal from sciatica, and always checked in with me before and after class. Classes are adjusted based on energy levels, mood, special requests, and level of the students. Her classes are a great investment, and helped me center myself and relax. Thanks for everything, Alex!
Spencer is truly inspirational! Her patience, positivity and technique are admirable. I had a private lesson with her and left feeling energized and confident! My abs were tight for days afterwards. Helene Bogart helped me get back into exercising after having surgery on my hand. She is so knowledgeable about the human body and the philosophy of Pilates. She was able to give me a great work out, while still being gentle and respecting my hand! I had my mother visit her as well (age 70). Helene works well with all age groups, all fitness levels and can help with recuperation after injury. She also has a great sense of humor which makes for a great time!I highly recommend Pilates by Helene!

I am so thrilled to have found Jackie! I’ve had 5 sessions so far and am truly seeing and feeling a difference in my strength and stamina. Her program is varied and FUN! So far we’ve done a combo of pilates reformer, trampoline, mat work, stretching, strength work - she’s even got me jumping rope! Jackie is a lovely person, a total pro, and her infectious smile and energy propels me through her challenging workouts. Five stars all around! :)
I have had nothing but amazing life changing and body changing experiences with Alex. After a horrible car accident and 3 herniated disks in my back and pretty much being bed ridden, she has taught me ways to help strengthen my body in pilates that I didn't ever imagine I would be able to do. I have seen her twice a week (sometimes more) for the last 6 months. She has taught me ways to strengthen my core so that my back is in less pain. She's a life saver. Her teaching technique is one that is extremely professional and punctual. I am so grateful for everything alex has done to help me on the road to healing and recovery. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Ada is fabulous. I'd never felt better or been in better shape than when I was taking Pilates classes with her! She'll push you, but she'll also provide modifications so that the class is possible for people at all levels.
Jennifer has tremendous knowledge and experience with Pilates and has been a fantastic trainer. I love that she has a dance background because as a former dancer myself, I have specific needs and get bored very easily. Our workouts are never the same and always tailored to match my needs for the day.

Having nearly 4 decades of regular workout experience that spans from youth / high school organized athletics to personal cardio, strength, daily stretching, I didnt really know what to expect when trying Pilates for the first time. I learned within the first 5 minutes of my first session with Jasmine how important it is to have an experienced trainer to get the most out a Pilates session and just to see how to properly use the apparatus! This coming from someone who has never used a personal trainer prior, and vowed to never need one prior to trying Pilates. Jasmine is extremely knowledgeable in classic Pilates and her calm, clear teaching technique shines. Ive had 2 sessions with her so far and have a 3rd booked. She was extremely in tune with me during each session focusing, most importantly, on making sure that Im using correct form to the best of my ability for each exercise to ensure Im getting the most out of each motion.
