Introduction: Fitness by Day offers an Eclectic array of training programs that are tailored to meet your needs. Mobile Personal Trainer (meaning I come to you) I also have 2 gyms that I train out of here in Bakersfield. I offer Virtual and Zoom classes for individuals who want to train on their own but need instruction and I have online programs that I design for training and nutrition. My personal training style is less structured than traditional customized programs. I organically build an outline based on intuitive assessments with the clients. I rely on my knowledge in the wide spectrum of fitness and my intuition of movement that has been developed over the last 10 years. During the course of training my clients I scan the body while in motion. I start by moving upwards through the kinetic chain looking for their own strength and imbalances. This gives me the opportunity to work on the areas that need immediate correction. I then create outlines for a personal workout plan that will optimize the course of action to reach the goal. I am educated and certified as a personal trainer through n.a.s.m and uspa powerlifting federation. I specialize in a variety of fitness goals from weight loss/fat loss training to competitive training in powerlifting, sports training, weightlifting and bodybuilding. I will train you at the gym, my home gym or the comfort of your own home. I also offer online services: for the online and one on one training, i would determine your goals through a 30 minute phone call or in person meeting. We will then use your personal goals to identify 1. A workout plan 2. The appropriate amount of calories per day to achieve that goal. 3. I then will come up with a manageable food/ meal plan to obtain those calories; this is the basic plan. (additional rates for several other detailed nutrition plans) please contact for specific information. I will require a daily check in for accountability and weekly updated measurements and progress.
