Five stars, no question. My experience with Drain Right Plumbing and Rooter started on the right foot from the very beginning. Robert came out first for a free estimate, took the time to walk me through exactly what was needed, and gave me a clear and fair quote with no pressure whatsoever. That level of transparency and professionalism before any work even began really set the tone.Robert installed a 1 1/4" seismic automatic gas shutoff valve and a new 1" modern whole house leak detection device on the main water line, along with a new hose bib. Robert was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his craft. The work was clean, the process was smooth, and the final cost was exactly what was discussed with no surprises.In the Bay Area, having proper earthquake gas shutoff protection and leak detection is not just a convenience, it is a genuine safety necessity, and it is reassuring to have that peace of mind knowing the job was done right. Robert did a great job for us on installing seismic auto shutoff valves that the insurance company was requiring. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The job was completed before other companies were even able to get me quotes and his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Drain Right Plumbing.
