- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Life Coaching is offered on a Sliding Scale based on the family's income, beginning at $150 per hr. Occasionally, specials are offered. Please inquire. Ex: 4 hourly sessions each month = $280 instead of paying $600 for 4 sessions purchased individually. We can also get creative. Insurance does not cover coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen carefully to what the person wants, has tried, what has worked well and what failed, current living conditions, partners, children, job. That will give me a pretty good idea how I might be of most help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in social work and am a retired psychotherapist. I've offered many years of volunteer work with the American Red Cross as the head of their Mental Health Team. I've served on the Board of Directors for the Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Team. I've served our Veterans via various volunteer groups. I've served in the Naval Reserve for 11 yrs.
