Alan was quick to come for the in-person estimate, offered a reasonable price, and (most importantly) did an excellent job tiling our kitchen backsplash.

Throughout the job itself, Alan was easy to communicate with and responsive to our requests. He also cleaned up the work area well when he was done.

Overall, we would happily work with Alan again on future tile jobs.

Alan has European-style approach to quality, infinite patience for client design reviews and experience with various materials. He has worked for my clients who wanted big field tile, mosaics with an intricate patterns, and even did a herringbone layout in one bathroom. Alan is proactive when asking about the scope and very accurate with measurements.
