My husband I wanted to remodel our bathroom and convert the tub to a shower, re-tile and add in built-in shelves. We decided to go with Chicago Constructions after some research and gathering other quotes. lian was very responsive and showed up on time for our initial appointment. We were able to start the project pretty quickly and it was a fairly smooth process. If any issues came up Armando and Avi both worked with us to get the issue resolved. They were friendly and a pleasure to work with. I have had issues in the past with contractors being unreliable and heard other nightmare stories but Chicago Constructions was great! I will definitely hire them again for another project! Here are before and after photos for our project.

Team was so great to work with from start to finish of our two bathroom remodeling projects! He has a fantastic construction team that did an amazing job transforming our tiny bathrooms into beautiful, modern, spa-like custom spaces perfect for the PNW (love the towel warmers.). We recommend bronco team to anyone experienced or new to remodeling (like us), who want to be assured of quality and timely work!

High quality work and great communication. Bronco construction completed a remodel of 2 bathrooms in my vintage condo. The walls and floors were stripped down to the studs. New drywall, floor/wall tile and fixtures. The work progressed and was completed in a timely manner. Very pleased with the work and would hire them again for any future jobs.

I don't write a lot of reviews; BUT, I had to write one for Chicago Constructions. First, llan is wonderful - fair and reasonable pricing. If he can make it happen, he will. Sam (the project manager) and his crew, is absolutely the best.
From being responsive to ALL my calls and texts, promptness on completing the job, follow-up activities, and overall general pleasant nature - Sam was what made the whole experience 5 STARS! If you are searching for a contractor, please do not search any further and reach out to them. You wont be disappointed. Ask for SAM!!
