We initially went to them for a kitchen reno but our priorities changed and pivoted to finishing the garage. We met with a few contractors and why we chose Masterful is because of Yuvi. He was so personable, knowledgable and overall a person who we felt like we can work with. We called him back to talk about our garage reno ideas and he came back on a Sunday afternoon!! He worked with our budget and helped us prioritize what should get done.From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and efficient. They completed the renovation on time, and the quality of work was exceptional. Yuvi and his foreman came by daily to check on the progress, ensuring everything was on track and that the work was being done to the highest standard. We were so surprised to see them come by literally every day. Over 18 months, Rich managed our rebuild to the final inspection. He is an excellent project manager, he works with high quality sub-contractors, he communicates with efficiency and humor, he kept us in the loop on the whole project even the times when the going was a little tough. He managed the relationship with city inspectors very well. He accommodated our needs with aplomb. (Example: The house was partially framed, and the garage was a bit more complete when the big appliance sales were on at the end of the year. We wanted to buy at that time, but any savings would have been wiped out in storage fees. Rich secured the garage and installed an extra camera to accommodate the appliances.)
